The Architecture: Automated Prompt Chaining. I engineered a reusable prompt logic using Gemini Flash 2.5 to ensure character consistency and brand safety across every frame. This isn't random generation; it is a controlled system that chains narrative inputs into precise visual outputs.
Chick-fil-A Tri-State Human Stories
Accelerating Production Without Sacrificing Soul
THE CHALLENGE: Post-pandemic, the QSR category faced a critical talent shortage. We needed to shift recruitment messaging from "transactional" to "human connection" immediately to attract staff. The deadline was tight, and traditional hand-sketching was too slow to align stakeholders on complex emotional narratives before the shoot.
THE OPERATIONAL SOLUTION: I engineered a GenAI workflow to replace manual sketching, allowing us to visualize "lived-in" moments instantly.
Prompt Engineering: Developed a semantic translation layer that converts script emotion into specific lighting and camera direction.
Visual Continuity: Solved the "hallucination" problem by anchoring character embeddings, ensuring our hero "Claire" looked identical in the kitchen, on her bike, and in the restaurant.
Real-Time Direction: Enabled "live-directing" in the room with stakeholders, adjusting lighting and angles instantly during review meetings.
Production-Ready Deliverables: The final storyboard for "Claire’s 15-Second Film." Note the bilingual integration (Spanish/English) and consistent character details. This served as the single source of truth for the Director, DP, and Casting Director, eliminating on-set ambiguity.
