THE BOTTLENECK:
Local customization is the enemy of speed. With 2,000+ restaurants wanting unique notes and signage, our central design team was buried. We faced a choice: Standardize everything (boring) or let Operators DIY (risky/off-brand).

THE "MULTIPLIER" STRATEGY: We didn't use AI to replace the human element; we used it to handle the volume.

  • The Guardrails: We trained the model on a strict visual diet of brand-approved colors, vectors, and typography (The "Sunshine" design system).

  • The Freedom: Operators could input specific needs (e.g., "Spanish Language," "Drive-Thru Focus") and generate compliant, high-res assets instantly.

  • The Outcome: We moved from a "Request & Wait" model to a "Self-Serve" model.

The AI system enabled instant translation and cultural adaptation. We generated specific assets like "Sigue Brillando" for Hispanic markets and "Drive-Thru" specific cards without adding a single hour to the central design team's workload.
